AutoGrade is an AI-powered assistance tool for processing and auto-typing data from images. By using AutoGrade, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app / website.

Service Overview
AutoGrade is an AI-powered assistance tool designed to help process and auto-type data from images. It provides suggestions and speeds up work, but it does not replace human verification.
Accuracy
While AutoGrade uses AI (Groq AI) and generally provides reliable results, accuracy is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming all output before use.
Data Responsibility
AutoGrade temporarily stores images in Firebase and sends them to Groq AI for processing. We are not responsible for any data loss due to third-party services.
User Responsibility
You must always verify values typed by AutoGrade. The tool is meant to assist, not to complete tasks entirely on your behalf.
Updates and Changes
AutoGrade may update features, storage methods, or introduce payment plans in future versions. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of these updates.

Privacy Policy
Data Protection Standards
At AutoGrade, your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your data while using our service.
Data Processing: AutoGrade uses a third-party AI service (Groq AI) to process images you upload. Images are sent to Groq for processing only and are not stored there permanently by AutoGrade.
Temporary Storage: We use Firebase Storage to temporarily store images. These images are deleted immediately after processing, ensuring minimal retention.
No Personal Information Collected: In version 1.2, AutoGrade does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any other personal information.
Future Updates: In future versions, we may ask for personal information to enable new features. AutoGrade may introduce payment options due to the 75-image processing limit. In such cases, relevant information may be collected and securely stored to facilitate transactions.
Security: We take reasonable measures to keep your data safe while in transit and during temporary storage.
Your Rights: You can stop using AutoGrade at any time. In future versions where personal data is collected, you will have the right to access, modify, or delete your information.
